When buying or renting whether it is next door or across the country, you have to plan, research, investigate, and learn terms and notions that are very unfamiliar. My husband and I were moving to Florida from Virginia while at the same time planning our wedding. We struck gold when we called Wendy to the rescue. She did it all for us. We informed her that we were looking for specific things (safe community and neighborhood, family friendly, great schools etc…) and she found it for us in 4 days! She worked through the weekend finding us the perfect home and I thank her tremendously for that. It's hard to find someone like Wendy: a person who looks after her customers even after a deal has closed. Without her great effort, we couldn't have found what we were looking for in such a short time. Not only were we able to find a nice house, but we also found a great friend. Everyone was great. The attorney for the Guardian was a dream. The Guardian was even more of a dream. And, of course, you take the cake.
